Fried chicken? We freed the chicken! Hentastic Southern Fried Chicken is a tender fillet wrapped in a crispy coating, lightly seasoned with black pepper. This deliciously breaded fillet is perfect with a salad, chips or placed in a bun.
SOY structure 52% (water,
SOY protein, WHEAT protein, potato
starch), WHEAT flour, rapeseed oil,
water, bread crumbs (WHEAT flour,
yeast, rapeseed oil, salt, dextrose), fibre (OAT
fibre, psyllium husk), spices (onion powder, garlic
powder, pepper, paprika, fennel), starch (potato
starch, WHEAT starch), thickener
(methylcellulose), flavourings, WHEAT protein,
yeast extract / natural flavouring, salt, iodised
salt [KI], acidity regulator (potassium acetate),
acid (citric acid), spice extracts, iron (ferric
pyrophosphate), vitamin B12. May contain Rye, and Barley.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C. Place the soy based fillets on an oven tray and cook for 12 minutes.
Place the soy based fillets in a preheated air fryer at 200°C and cook for 8 minutes.
Heat 1tbsp oil and fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side, flipping with a spatula until gold and brown.
